Refund policy

Returns

Thank you so much for ordering from Bloomhill.  We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in the same condition that you received it, unused and with their original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@bloomhill.shop.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.   Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. 

When you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and contains the returns note or original packing slip.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from any refund as these are non-refundable.  

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must contact us within 14 days of receipt.  

Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange service.  We will only replace an item if it is faulty. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
